ABOUT ME

I first studied massage and its benefits in 2006 while doing a course on Thai Massage at Wat Po in Bangkok. From there I went on to study Aromatherapy Massage. I have also completed courses in Equine Massage and Massage for Companion Animals. Finally, after over 20 years overseas supporting my husband's military career, I returned to the US and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Virginia after graduating from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage.

No matter if this is your first or your hundredth massage, I am confident we can work together. I like to support movement toward wellness and balanced wholeness through integral healing with a focus on massage for physical AND mental health.
